Shark Pups & Grownups is an early childhood STEM program for kids ages 2 through 5 and their favorite adult. Each class includes: movement, sign language, science tool exploration, role play, and games! Each month features a new theme to engage your Shark Pup, and each class is unique to allow families the opportunity to join us several times without repeating a class! SEArenity Restore: Evening Restorative Yoga End your day with deep relaxation, gentle restoration and a renewed sense of connection to the ocean. Join Samskara Yoga for a calming restorative yoga experience inside the peaceful setting of Mote SEA. Designed to help you unwind from the day, this all-levels practice uses fully supported postures, mindful breathing and guided relaxation to encourage rest and recovery. As you settle into stillness, you’ll be invited to reflect on the rhythms of the ocean and our connection to the marine world, embracing themes of balance, resilience and renewal that align with Mote’s mission of marine science education and ocean conservation. Whether you’re new to yoga or simply looking for a slower, more nourishing practice, this tranquil evening class offers a chance to pause, recharge, and leave feeling grounded before heading home. This all-levels yoga class blends mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation while reflecting on our connection to the ocean and the living world it supports. As you move through the practice, we’ll explore themes of balance, resilience, and stewardship—values that echo Mote’s mission of marine science education and ocean conservation. Perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike, this peaceful experience invites you to reset and reconnect with yourself and the natural world around you. Registration for Morning Yoga does not include admission to the Aquarium.
