This all-levels yoga class blends mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation while reflecting on our connection to the ocean and the living world it supports. As you move through the practice, we’ll explore themes of balance, resilience, and stewardship—values that echo Mote’s mission of marine science education and ocean conservation. Perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike, this peaceful start to the day invites you to reset your mind and body before the Aquarium opens to the public. Registration for Morning Yoga does not include admission to the Aquarium. Along the way, we’ll explore our connection to the ocean and the amazing life it supports, with themes of balance, curiosity, and care for our blue planet. Perfect for families of all experience levels, this uplifting class offers a meaningful way to connect with each other while enjoying a calm and engaging start to your day before the Aquarium opens to the public. Held on select dates throughout the year, each session features a different quick activity or mini-exploration led by Mote educators that is perfect for curious kids and families who want to discover something new about our oceans in just a splash of time. Themes change daily, so every visit brings a fresh wave of discovery!
