Join Samskara Yoga for a family-friendly yoga experience inside the inspiring setting of Mote SEA. This all-levels class invites parents and children to move, stretch, and breathe together through playful poses, simple mindfulness activities, and moments of relaxation. Along the way, we’ll explore our connection to the ocean and the amazing life it supports, with themes of balance, curiosity, and care for our blue planet. Perfect for families of all experience levels, this uplifting class offers a meaningful way to connect with each other while enjoying a calm and engaging start to your day before the Aquarium opens to the public. But don’t just scratch the surface, become fully immersed with a Guided Tour of Mote SEA. During this 45-60 minute tour, a professional Mote Educator will guide you through our dynamic habitats where you’ll hear insider stories and updates on Mote’s resident animals, breakthrough marine research, and conservation efforts. Public Guided Tours are currently available on Tuesdays at 3 PM. To request a Private Guided Tour on a different day (preferably Wednesdays or Thursdays) for groups of 10-25, please fill out a request form HERE.
